By focusing our efforts to train our staff we make sure that all the products you purchase from our Company will have the same level of service and support that has made Sempco a Customer’s favorite since our beginning in 1971. When you need consumable products you should be able to expect the company you purchase them from to have what you need in stock.   We 

stock all common items  such as Film, Chemistry, Envelopes, Markers, Film Labels, etc... the list goes on and on. The point is that by knowing our customers, we know the items they order on a regular basis and we keep those products on hand so if you need it today, we can get it there today.

One significant difference you will notice very quickly when doing business with us is that we have live people answering our phones instead of an automated phone system.  We want to make it simple and keep it a personal experience when customers needs to reach us for any reason.  We will never become one of those companies who make you choose a language and then navigate though endless menus and then leave a message and wait for a return call for a box of  film or some chemistry.

As an added convenience to our customers we offer credit terms once they have completed the account application process.  Those wishing to establish an account simply need to fill out a short one page application and upon approval we will notify the customer of their credit limit.  All credit accounts  are NET 30 and this is the easiest way to have your supplies billed.
